If we cannot ship merchandise within the timeframe represented at the time of purchase, we will handle the delay, customer notification, cancellation opportunity, and refund as required by applicable law.

VITALLessent currently offers an eligible 14-Day Money Back Guarantee on a customer's first eligible purchase, including where an eligible product has been opened and reasonably tried.

The 14-day period begins from confirmed delivery as further described in our Refund & Return Policy.

For approved claims under the voluntary guarantee, the product generally does not need to be returned unless we expressly instruct otherwise.

22. Statutory Rights vs. Voluntary Guarantee

Our 14-Day Money Back Guarantee is a voluntary commercial guarantee.

It does not replace legal rights relating to merchandise that is:
